Placement Training – Unlocking the Art of Interviews: Strategies for Success – 17th February 2025

The Training and Placement Cell of Sir Issac Newton College of Pharmacy, Pappakovil, Nagapattinam, organized a placement training session titled “Unlocking the Art of Interviews – Strategies for Success” on 17th February 2025 for final-year B.Pharm students. Conducted by Mr. J. Vinoth, Associate Professor, the session provided essential strategies for successful interviews, covering preparation techniques, body language, common questions, the STAR technique for behavioral questions, and post-interview etiquette. The event, held at the college seminar hall, was highly appreciated by students for its practical relevance and effectiveness in boosting their confidence and readiness for the pharmaceutical job market. The Training and Placement Cell, under the guidance of Dr. C. Senthil Kumar and the support of Sir Issac Newton Educational Institutions' management, successfully achieved its objective of enhancing students’ employability skills, with positive student feedback encouraging future workshops on career planning and soft skills.
