Participation in Women’s Health Awareness Programme

Sir Issac Newton College of Pharmacy, Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu, proudly participated in a Women’s Health Awareness Programme held on 25th July 2025 at the Auditorium of Sir Issac Newton Siddha Medical College & Hospital (SINSMCH), Nagapattinam. Around 300 girl students from the B.Pharm, D.Pharm, and AHS courses, along with six faculty members, attended this insightful session conducted by Dr. T. Sarojini, Associate Professor, and Dr. G. Aarthi, Assistant Professor of SINSMCH. The programme provided valuable knowledge about various women’s disorders, their symptoms, and preventive care, empowering students with practical information to promote better health awareness. Participants expressed their appreciation for the informative and engaging delivery of the session, highlighting how it enhanced their understanding of women’s health issues and encouraged proactive well-being. The college sincerely thanks the Chairman and Registrar for their support in facilitating this important initiative and extends special gratitude to the Principal of Sir Issac Newton Siddha Medical College & Hospital for their cooperation in organizing the event.
