Sir Issac Newton College of Pharmacy, Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu, successfully organized the Freshers’ Day Function “The Aagaaz” for the D.Pharm First Year students on 27th December 2025 at 10:00 AM in the College Auditorium. The programme commenced in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, marking the beginning of a new academic journey for the freshers. The event aimed to foster confidence, camaraderie, and a sense of belonging among the newly admitted students. The felicitation address was delivered by Mr. J. Vinoth, Vice Principal, SINCOP, and Mrs. R. Vanitha Devi, D.Pharm Coordinator, SINCOP, who encouraged the students to pursue academic excellence, professional ethics, and holistic development during their course of study. The event was efficiently organized by the D.Pharm II Year students and featured inspiring speeches, a quiz competition, and several engaging activities that added joy and enthusiasm to the celebration. The programme created a warm, motivating, and memorable experience for the freshers. The vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. A. S. Arisha Sri, HOD – D.Pharm, SINCOP, expressing gratitude to the management, faculty members, organizers, and students for their wholehearted support and cooperation. The institution extends its sincere appreciation to the Management, Organizing Committee, and all Teaching and Non-Teaching Faculty Members for their valuable contributions in making the event a grand success.
