The programme witnessed the participation of 35 members, including dignitaries, academicians, IQAC coordinators, and senior faculty members from Sir Issac Newton College of Pharmacy, Sir Issac Newton College of Engineering & Technology, Sir Issac Newton Arts and Science College, Sir Issac Newton Siddha Medical College and Hospital, Sir Issac Newton Naturopathy and Yoga Medical College, Sir Issac Newton College of Physiotherapy, and Sir Issac Newton Law College, creating an inspiring learning environment. The highlight of the event was the technical session delivered by Mr. Aaqarsh Aiyyar, Management Consultant, Lead Auditor, and Trainer from ASQB Business Support Services, Philippines, who served as the Chief Guest and Resource Person. His insightful deliberations on Quality Management Systems and Internal Audit practices provided participants with valuable knowledge and practical frameworks to strengthen institutional quality standards. The leadership and guidance of our respected Chairman, Dr. T. Ananth, Secretary, Mr. T. Maheswaran, Director, Mr. T. Sankar, and Registrar, Dr. K. Elangovan, were gratefully acknowledged for inspiring and supporting the institution’s quality initiatives. Special thanks were extended to Dr. C. Senthil Kumar, Principal, and Dr. R. Prema, IQAC Director, SINCOP, for their mentorship and commitment to continuous improvement. The programme also witnessed the encouraging presence of Prof. Dr. K. Suresh Kannan, Dean, along with Principals, Vice Principals, and IQAC Coordinators of various colleges, whose participation enriched the sessions. One of the salient features of the programme was the highly interactive nature of the sessions, where participants actively engaged in discussions, case studies, and practical examples related to ISO 9001:2015 QMS standards. The training not only emphasized theoretical understanding but also focused on hands-on approaches to conducting internal audits effectively. Feedback from participants highlighted that the programme was well-structured, informative, and practical, providing them with greater clarity and confidence to apply internal audit practices within their respective institutions. The successful conduct of the programme was made possible through the support of the Financial Officer, office staff, ERP staff, SINCOP staff, non-teaching staff, and housekeeping teams, whose collective efforts ensured seamless organization and execution. Special appreciation was extended to the coordinators — Dr. S. Vinothini, Mrs. M. Shalini, Ms. M. Ezhilarasi, Ms. K. Kowsalya, and Dr. M. Vishnu Priya — for their dedicated efforts in planning and coordination. The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks proposed by Mr. J. Vinoth, Coordinator, extending gratitude to all dignitaries, participants, and support teams for their contributions. This training programme not only enhanced awareness on ISO 9001:2015 QMS standards but also reinforced the culture of continuous improvement within the institution, aligning with the vision of academic and administrative excellence at Sir Issac Newton Educational Institutions.
