Orientation Programme – Navigating the Academic Journey: Thriving Effective Practices for Academics

The Seminars, Conferences and Training Committee of Sir Issac Newton College of Pharmacy, Pappakovil, successfully organized an Orientation Programme titled “Navigating the Academic Journey: Thriving Effective Practices for Academics” on 23rd April 2025. The session, led by Dr. R. Prema, IQAC Coordinator and Professor, aimed to enhance the professional competencies of faculty members from the departments of Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences (AHS), and DMLT. With a focus on time management, innovative teaching strategies, student engagement, and work-life balance, the programme provided practical insights into effective academic practices. The interactive session received highly positive feedback and marked a significant step toward fostering continuous professional development and academic excellence within the institution.
