Campus Placement Drive – MedPlus Pharmacy, Chennai

The Training and Placement Cell of Sir Issac Newton College of Pharmacy, Pappakovil, Nagapattinam, successfully organized a Campus Placement Drive on 19th February 2025 for final-year B.Pharm and D.Pharm students in collaboration with MedPlus Pharmacy, Chennai. Held at the college seminar hall, the event aimed to bridge the gap between academia and industry, providing students with direct career opportunities in community pharmacies. The programme featured a welcome address by Dr. C. Senthil Kumar, insightful presentations by MedPlus HR managers, and a structured recruitment process including aptitude tests, interviews, and group discussions. The highlight was the distribution of spot offer letters to selected candidates by Dr. T. Ananth, Chairman of Sir Issac Newton Educational Institutions. Students praised the event for its well-organized structure and valuable career guidance, while recruiters commended the students' readiness and professionalism. The event reinforced the college’s strong commitment to student employability and industry collaboration, with special thanks extended to the management, faculty, and MedPlus Pharmacy for their vital support in ensuring its success.
