SINCOP’s Pharma Career Connect (PCC)

Sir Issac Newton College of Pharmacy, Nagapattinam, has established SINCOP’s Pharma Career Connect (PCC) as a dedicated Placement, Training and Career Development Cell with the vision of “Connecting Competence with Careers.” The initiative aims to bridge the gap between pharmaceutical education and industry by providing students with opportunities for career readiness, skill development, industry interaction, leadership growth and placement support. The Pharma Career Connect team comprises Mr. L. Dinesh Kumar, Career Development Officer; Ms. A.S. Arisha Sri and Ms. R. Priyadharshini, Placement Coordinators; Ms. M. Pavithra, Alumni Member; and Mr. Sathyaseelan N, Student Coordinator. Under the guidance of Dr. R. Prema, Principal, SINCOP, and Dr. C. Senthil Kumar, IQAC Coordinator, SINCOP, PCC facilitates career-oriented training, internships, placement activities, industry engagement and professional development initiatives for students. Through continuous skill enhancement, career guidance and industry exposure, Pharma Career Connect strives to empower students with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to progress successfully in the pharmaceutical profession.
