Sir Issac Newton College of Pharmacy, Nagapattinam, successfully organized a One-Day Industrial Visit for the B.Pharm VI Semester students to Reltsen Health Care, Thirubhuvanai, Puducherry, on 30 July 2026. A total of 57 students, accompanied by Ms. K. Gowsalya, Mr. N. Ranganathan and Ms. K. Jaisri, participated in the industrial visit. The visit provided students with valuable practical exposure to the Production and Quality Control (QC) departments, enabling them to gain firsthand knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, production operations, quality control procedures, analytical testing, documentation practices and industrial quality standards. Students also had the opportunity to observe Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality assurance measures and standard operating procedures followed in a modern pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The industrial visit served as an excellent platform for bridging the gap between classroom learning and industrial practice, enhancing students' understanding of real-time pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality management systems while preparing them for future professional responsibilities. Sir Issac Newton College of Pharmacy extends its sincere gratitude to Dr. T. Ananth, Chairman, and Dr. K. Elangovan, Registrar, for their continuous encouragement and unwavering support in organizing experiential learning programmes. The institution also expresses its heartfelt appreciation to Dr. R.
