On 17th July 2025, Sir Issac Newton College of Pharmacy, Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu, successfully conducted a Skill Development Programme on “Academic & Research in Pharmacy” at the Seminar Hall from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The session was delivered by Dr. C. Senthil Kumar, M.Pharm., Ph.D., Principal of the college, who shared valuable insights on innovative teaching tools for both theory and practical classes, strategies for effective academic engagement, and approaches for self and career development in the pharmacy profession. The programme proved to be highly informative and beneficial for faculty members, fostering both academic excellence and personal growth. Participants expressed their appreciation for the engaging and resourceful session.
