Greetings from Sir Issac Newton College of Pharmacy, Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu. On the occasion of World Cancer Day 2026, themed “United by Unique,” the institution organized an awareness programme that witnessed active participation from D. Pharm First and Second Year students, helping them understand the importance of cancer prevention, early detection, and compassionate care. The event was effectively organized by Pharm. D First Year students – KRYPTONITEZ, who played a vital role in creating awareness about the responsibilities of pharmacists in cancer care, including patient counselling and community education. The programme served as a meaningful platform to sensitize young minds towards healthcare responsibility and social commitment. The institution extends its sincere gratitude to the management for their continuous support and appreciates the efforts of all students and faculty members in making the programme impactful and successful.
